Meningitis vaccine (MCV) is required for 2021-22 school year. Students entering 12th grade are required to have 2 doses of MCV, unless the first dose was administered to the student at 16 years of age or older, in which case only 1 dose is required. At least one dose must be given after 16 years of age.
If you have received an additional dose through you family physician or local health department, please send proof via fax, email, or paper copy. Otherwise please know an additional dose is needed prior to the start of senior year, August 2021.
